We ship to almost every country in the world.

2. How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all items.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our items are handmade. We need 2-7 days to prepare the stock after you place your order. The shipping time is approximately 7-10 days. Some holidays may cause delays up to 48-72 hours. Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any non-special circumstances) (depending on the situation).

4. How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. You will then be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be provided.

5. What if the package doesn't arrive? If you have not received your package within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at cyzfz888@gmail.com. We will send you a new email or provide a full refund.
